USPOULTRY develops industry-specific education and training programs and identifies and maintains technical resources addressing key industry issues. These resources help member companies improve operations, identify and reduce loss exposures and enhance employee safety and retention.

Joint HR and Safety & Health Councils Overview
USPOULTRY, the National Chicken Council (NCC), and the National Turkey
Federation (NTF) have formed joint human resources and safety councils. The
Joint Poultry Industry Human Resources Council and the Joint Poultry Industry
Safety and Health Council consolidate what previously were separate committees
that addressed similar issues.
