The full-day program will bring together poultry executives, researchers and technical experts to address topics including genetics, bird health, precision nutrition, exports, robotics and automation. The Summit will open with research projects presented by the Latin American Poultry Association, followed by a broiler genetics roundtable featuring Alex Corzo, Cobb; Osvaldo Bolinaga, Aviagen; Jose Castilletti, Hubbard; and moderated by Carlos Chunga of MAP Global Media.

Additional presentations will examine bacteriophages and poultry production in the post-antibiotic era, advancements in intelligent lighting, the poultry industry's position within the animal protein sector and the evolving role of precision nutrition. Strategies for transitioning from domestic poultry production to chicken and turkey exports, as well as early gut priming to support broiler performance, will also be discussed.
