IPPE Reports Largest Trade Show Floor Ever and Reveals New Logo
The International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) had a successful 2026 expo with the largest trade show floor in its history covering 662,214 square feet of exhibit space with 1,375 exhibitors. Recognized as the world’s largest annual event for the animal food, meat, poultry and egg industries, IPPE also ranks among the 25 largest trade shows in the United States. IPPE is sponsored by the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association, American Feed Industry Association and the Meat Institute.
The 2026 IPPE had 32,550 registered attendees from the poultry, egg, meat and animal food industries, with approximately 29,000 in attendance as a result of inclement weather impacting the event. There was a record 9,706 international attendees from 115 countries. Canada had the largest international representation, making up 15% of registered attendees. Latin America continued to show the strongest regional presence, accounting for 49% of international attendees.
“Despite weather-related challenges, attendance and engagement at the 2026 IPPE remained strong. Attendees shared positive feedback about the trade show, educational programs and networking events. We will build on this momentum to make next year’s event even more valuable for both attendees and exhibitors,” commented IPPE show organizers.
An extensive lineup of educational programming helped drive attendance, featuring more than 80 hours of sessions on topics such as food safety, workplace safety, sustainability, industry trends, market updates and more. These programs enhanced the exhibit halls by ensuring industry professionals stayed up to date on the most current issues and developments.
IPPE also unveiled a new logo to celebrate the 15-year collaboration among its three partners. The new brand identity paves the way for the IPPE to continue being the go-to place for experts involved in the production and processing of the world’s food supply. The new logo will be front and center at the 2027 IPPE, which will be held Jan. 26 – 28 in Atlanta, Ga. For updates and details on attendee and exhibitor information, visit ippexpo.org.
