National FFA Officer Candidates to Attend 2026 IPPE Through USPOULTRY Foundation Support
National FFA Officer Candidates will attend the International Poultry Expo, part of the 2026 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE), through the USPOULTRY Foundation’s ongoing commitment to attracting top talent to the poultry and egg industries. The students will receive an all-expense-paid trip to Atlanta, Ga., to participate in the Expo.
National FFA Officer Candidates are proven leaders who have excelled in FFA and demonstrated a strong interest in agriculture and food production. As college students, they are eligible to participate in the USPOULTRY Foundation’s College Student Career Program, where they engage in interviews that provide access to potential internship opportunities and valuable insights from industry leaders.
Attendance at IPPE offers these candidates a firsthand look at the breadth of opportunities within the poultry and egg industry. Students will explore the expansive trade show floor, experience cutting-edge technologies and learn how innovation supports a modern, sustainable poultry industry. In addition, they will further enhance their knowledge and professional development by participating in IPPE’s educational programs throughout Expo week.
“The USPOULTRY Foundation recognizes that attracting the brightest students from across the country to become the next generation of managers, leaders and innovators will shape the future of our industry,” said Nath Morris, president of USPOULTRY. “Supporting initiatives like FFA and providing opportunities such as attending IPPE is essential to achieving that goal.”
