2026 Latin American Poultry Summit Featuring Full Spanish Program with English and Portuguese Interpretation

The 2026 Latin American Poultry Summit will take place on Monday, Jan. 26. The program will be conducted entirely in Spanish, with English and Portuguese translation services available. The Summit is presented by the International Poultry Expo, part of the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE), in partnership with the Latin American Poultry Association.

Remote interpretation will be provided via Zoom. Attendees should bring a phone and headset to access the service, though additional headsets will be available onsite if needed. By offering interpretation services, the Latin American Poultry Summit seeks to make the program accessible to a broader, more diverse audience.

The 2026 Latin American Poultry Summit’s theme is “Poultry Protein: We Can't Live Without It” and will feature a terrific line-up of speakers. The program will cover factors affecting the efficient marketing and production of poultry and will address economic, production and processing challenges that are top priorities for Latin American chicken and egg producers and processors.

Registration for IPPE and the Latin American Poultry Summit is open. Early registration is available for $215 through Jan. 9, 2026, and includes coffee breaks, lunch and an evening reception. Please note, the Summit will not be recorded.

The 2026 IPPE show dates are Jan. 27 - 29, and the event will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Ga. More information on the 2026 IPPE can be found at ippexpo.org, and information about the Latin American Poultry Summit can be found at lacumbreavicolalatinoamericana.org.
